Do you need space for a meeting (recurring or one-time), a rehearsal, a class, music lessons, a recital? We understand a part of our ministry to be providing our beautiful space to community members and groups in need of space.
If you are interested in using our space:
We have a variety of rooms available. A usage fee may apply depending on the day, time, set-up requirements and the length of event.
Our Grand Foyer is a lovely space for a small (less than 30) reception or social gathering. This is a fully handicap accessible space right off the parking lot, with easy access to a small (full) kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and a fully stocked nursery (including child-sized toilet), as well as the Dorcas Rachel room for potential overflow. It is also adjacent to the sanctuary; two beautiful stained-glass windows add to the ambiance of the space. A counter space in one corner has electrical outlet and is a perfect place to set up drinks or food. A very large table lives in the room to display food or items. Four card tables are set up (seating for 16), and more can be added, as well as two circles of comfy chairs for conversation.
Named for the women’s group who raised the money to build the room, this space is perfect for larger meetings, classes, presentations, or study groups. It holds up to X seated without tables, and X seated with tables. A large screen is installed at the far end for PowerPoint or other projection needs. Large windows fill the room with natural light. Large glass-windowed sliding doors open into the sanctuary. While tables are usually set up, these can easily be moved to make more floor space if needed. This room also has a piano and is adjacent to a small (full) kitchen, bathrooms, and the Grand Foyer. Fully handicap accessible.
Our historic sanctuary is not only beautiful to look at, it also has great acoustics for solo recitals or small to medium sized group performances. The space up front (chancel) is flexible, with moveable furniture, and removable communion rails. The sanctuary has a baby grand piano. In the choir loft is a pipe organ. For groups of performers, we can also provide a “green room,” in the basement one floor beneath.
The Rec room is adorned with comfy couches, a pool table, mini fridge, TV with video games, DVD player, and radio. This space is perfect for a study group, youth group, book club, or any informal get-together for up to (10?) people. This room is on the second floor which is accessible via an elevator.
Ideal for small group meetings or small group music lessons. Comfortably fits 12 seated around a table. This room has a small screen for projection needs, and easy access to one bathroom. Access to this room is through our office building. Please note, this room is not handicap accessible; a lift can get you to the second floor (offices), but there is an additional flight of stairs to get all the way up.
Our large, fully finished basement is perfect for large group gatherings (fits as many as 70-80 seated at tables, or gatherings needing space to move around without furniture. It is accessible by elevator, has easy access to one, single bathroom (additional bathrooms accessible up a half flight of stairs), drinking fountain, and a full kitchen. The large space can be partitioned off with folding walls; at one end of the room is a smaller room with permanent walls and closable doors.
Our Fellowship Kitchen is fully functional for cold food prep and serving, but it is not certified for cooking and baking.
